An introduction to sea cliff climbing in Pembrokeshire.
I travelled to Pembroke with Bijal and Kurtis to introduce them to climbing on rock. We started with some easy routes at Saddle Head and then took a walk through the lily ponds for a look at a fine route called Diedre Sud on Mowing Word.
